| • I have registered but have not yet received my email.
|
|
Emails are created automatically from our ISP provider. Occasionally these emails can be delayed.
Occasionally they can be re-directed to the junk mail folder of your email account, particularly if you use an internet-based email service
such as Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.
As well as the ISP email, our own server will automatically send out emails each night to all users who have registered that day.

| • I have not received an email confirming my application has been received.
|

The definitive way to check if your application has been received is to log in to your account Profile and
check in the Job Application History list if the status of the job is 'Completed' and a Date Completed is listed.

| • I have forgotten my password.
|

Please click on the 'Forgotten Your Password' link on the Home page Log In box. This will direct you to a page
where you can enter the email address you registered with, to have your password re-sent to that email address.

| • I want to change the email address I am registered with.
|
|
Please click on the 'Change my Email Address' link on the Home page Log In box. This will direct you to a page
where you can change the email address you are registered with. Please note you will need to know the email address you are currently registered with, as well as the password
for that account.

| • In my Employment History details, the job details won’t save.
|
|
Each of your Jobs must be added one at a time. You must click the "Add" button after entering the details - the job will
then appear in a list at the top of the page. Another possible reason for problems in saving may be that you have too many characters in the Description of Duties field. This
is limited to 4000 characters but some browsers may treat formatting, etc differently. If the counter states you are approaching 4000 and you are having difficulty saving the job,
it may be worth trying to reduce the amount entered slightly.

| • Can I add more information than the 4000 characters to the Other Information field.
|

For technical reasons the limit of the Other Information field in the Miscellaneous section of the application form is
4000 characters. If you feel you need more than this, please contact the Personnel Department of the WHSCT, and ask to speak with the officer dealing with the post you
are interested in (quoting the Vacancy Reference number). They will then advise you of means to have additional information sent and attached to your application once they have received
the online form.
